Desde que tengo memoria, me apasiona ofrecerme para ayudar a las personas que necesitan apoyo. Ese impulso interno es lo que aliment\u00f3 mi esp\u00edritu para seguir una carrera en el campo de la salud mental, donde uso mi empat\u00eda, compasi\u00f3n y habilidades para resolver problemas para ayudar a otros a encontrar el equilibrio en sus vidas. Trabajo principalmente en terapia familiar, particularmente con problemas derivados del ADHD, comportamiento desafiante o desobediente y estado de \u00e1nimo. Tambi\u00e9n me especializo en terapia individual con adultos que enfrentan problemas relacionados con la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n o las transiciones de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi enfoque se basa en utilizar a toda la familia como un equipo de jugadores, todos los cuales tienen sus propios deberes individuales para crear y facilitar un proceso terap\u00e9utico saludable.
